We lived in an RV for 18 moths and there were a lot of things about it I liked (and things I didn’t), so I am always interested in small home spaces. This one was sent to me by a friend and looks very interesting! I love the green building materials they’ve used. Would’t I love to give it a feng shui makeover though!
In my post on Scent Free Clothing (Thrifting) I discussed methods of removing or reducing fragrance (laundry products or perfume) from second hand clothing. It used to be that thrifted and recycled clothing were a good option for people with chemical sensitivities because the ‘newness’, the chemicals used to product the fabric, as well as the remaining odour of dye, have been washed away.
There is nothing quite so wonderful as the clean scent of clothing that has been dried outside in the sun and wind, and nothing so distasteful (at least to my nose) as the smell of fabric softeners in clothes – not to mention the effects on the environment and health. The odour of fabric softener whether in the form of dryer sheets or a liquid, is very difficult to remove even after multiple scent free washings, and for people with chemical sensitivities like me, …

Scent Free Clothing – Thrifting is a post from: Feng Shui Studies Copyright 2011 All Rights reserved.
